Listening and children's privacy

Parents and carers can play or download the lullaby for children. Listening does not require an account, name, email address or payment. The page does not ask children to provide information. It has no forms, comments, advertising, external media embeds or profiling. Please do not email children's personal details unless necessary to resolve an enquiry.

Technical information and hosting

Cloudflare Pages hosts this page and its recording and artwork. Loading them involves processing technical information such as IP addresses and network requests. Cloudflare may also process browser and device information, request times and security information to deliver and protect the service. We do not build listener profiles or keep a separate visitor database.

Cloudflare acts as a processor for customer content and Customer Logs made available to website operators, and as a controller for certain other network and service information. Its privacy policy explains its own processing; its data processing addendum describes processing on customers' behalf.

Purposes and lawful bases

For processing on our behalf, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing the requested recording, keeping this small website secure and responding to enquiries. We limit the information used to what these purposes require and take children's interests into account. We do not use listener information for targeted advertising or marketing.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to send. We use these to answer and manage your enquiry. Google provides the Gmail service used for this correspondence and processes information under its applicable terms and privacy policy. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list.

Cookies and analytics

The website files do not contain analytics scripts or code that sets cookies or stores preferences in your browser. Hosting and security features can process technical information separately from those files. We do not use optional audience analytics or advertising tools. Ordinary browser caching may keep copies of the page and recording on your device.

Retention

We do not create a separate record of individual listening activity. Hosting and security information is retained according to the service's applicable settings and operational, security and legal needs; Cloudflare's privacy policy describes its retention criteria. We do not promise a fixed deletion time for records controlled by Cloudflare. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the issue and any related complaint or legal obligation, and remove it when no longer needed.

International processing

Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Applicable provider terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and UK transfer provisions where relevant. This page does not promise UK-only storage. Contact us for information about safeguards for processing on our behalf.

Your rights and contact

Depending on the processing and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email Kidstv0631@gmail.com to make a request; parents and carers can contact us about a child's information. We will assess requests and respond within the applicable legal deadline. We will not ask you to identify a child just to listen.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
